We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on new, unused PowerNet products purchased through authorized dealers within the USA. Frames, poles, metal, and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only. Nets, carry bags, and certain accessories are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Our products are designed to be portable and taken down after each use. Damage from normal wear and tear, improper storage/maintenance, or weather exposure (sun/wind/rain) isn’t covered, and leaving a net outside for extended periods can void coverage. 

To start a warranty claim, missing parts request, or parts replacement, use our support portal and have your order number/receipt and photos ready.

Depending on the time it is placed, your order will ship the same or next business day.

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for a refund of the product price, as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee. Returns must be for new, unused items purchased directly from PowerNet/TrainingNets, and you’ll need a return authorization before sending anything back. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the item isn’t in original, like-new packaging. Used items are not eligible for a full refund.

Yes. We offer replacement parts. You can request missing, defective, or replacement parts through our support portal. If your part is covered under the limited warranty, replacement may be provided. Shipping on warranty-covered parts is included within 90 days of the original purchase date; after that, a small shipping fee may apply.
