Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Orders that qualify for the free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Contiguous United States. (Unfortunately, the free shipping offer is not currently available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. territories). We currently do not offer international shipping.
TrainingNets.com by PowerNet ships with UPS Ground, the U.S. Postal Service and other common carriers.
PowerNet's free standard shipping is delivered via UPS. Our business hours are Monday - Friday between 9:00 am PST and 4:00 pm PST. Orders received before 5:00 am PST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 am PST will be processed the following business day. Once the package has been processed for shipping you will receive a tracking number. Processing times may be slightly higher during peak season.
Transit Times
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipping. The tracking information will be updated once the package has been picked up by the carrier. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for transit and delivery.
Returns
Return requests on new, unused items purchased directly from PowerNet must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the product.
PowerNet is not responsible for the original or return shipping cost of the product. PowerNet will not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Used condition units are not eligible for a full refund. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if not in original, like-new packaging.
To submit a return request please visit https://powernet.supportsync.com/ within 15 days of receiving the product. This date is based on the order delivery date or pick-up date.
Once the return is authorized, the consumer will receive an email with a return authorization form to include with the shipment. Upon receiving a return authorization form, the consumer will be responsible for shipping the product back to PowerNet at the consumer’s expense within 15 days. All return authorizations will be automatically cancelled 45 days after the original purchase date.
Please be advised PowerNet is not responsible for the original or return shipping costs or risk of loss or damage for the returned shipment.
Important: All items shipped to PowerNet without a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon receiving a return authorization form, the consumer will be responsible to ship the item back to PowerNet at the consumer’s expense. All returned items are subject to inspection for manufacturing defect verification. Returns displaying normal wear and tear and/or usage will not be honored. Items violating PowerNet’s return policy will be held for 30 days at the PowerNet warehouse for pick-up. Item(s) may be shipped back to the consumer upon request, however, shipping must be paid in advance by the consumer.
All returns will be processed after the product has been received and inspected in our warehouse. Once PowerNet has approved the return for a refund, only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Excludes original and return shipping costs.
