We know that sometimes a product might not be the right fit or your needs may change—and when that happens, we aim to make the return process quick and easy.

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided they are in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

To submit a return request please visit https://powernet.supportsync.com/ within 30 days of receiving the product. This date is based on the order delivery date or pick-up date.  

Once the return is authorized, the consumer will receive an email with a return authorization form to include with the shipment. A refund will be issued once your return has been received and inspected, and eligibility has been confirmed. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to arrive and be processed, though in some cases it may take longer. If additional details are needed to complete your return, our team will reach out with instructions on how to contact Customer Support. Please be advised PowerNet is not responsible for risk of loss or damage for the returned shipment.

Important: All items shipped to PowerNet without a return authorization will not be accepted. Returns displaying normal wear and tear and/or usage will not be honored. Items violating PowerNet’s return policy will be held for 30 days at the PowerNet warehouse for pick-up. Items may be shipped back to the consumer upon request, however, shipping must be paid by the consumer.

Shipping

Orders that qualify for the free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Contiguous United States. (Free shipping offer is not currently available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. territories.) We currently do not offer international shipping.

Transit Times

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipping. The tracking information will be updated once the package has been picked up by the carrier. Usually transit and delivery times are between 2-7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For packages with a valid tracking number marked as delivered, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Once a claim has been filed, carrier will investigate if the item was indeed delivered. Based on their investigation, if they report that the item was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We can provide assistance if carrier reports item is lost or was not delivered. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again.
