PowerNet’s 1 year limited warranty coverage is as follows:
The frame, poles, metal and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only and does not offer coverage for damages as a result of normal wear and tear, lack of proper storage and maintenance, damage caused by the sun, wind, or rain.
PowerNet products are designed to be portable and taken down after each use. Any signs of our products being left outside for extended periods of time will not be covered under this limited warranty. Please be advised that PowerNet products are designed for independent recreational use only, commercial and extended use of our products voids the warranty. In these situations, a replacement part will be offered for purchase with a small shipping fee. Please replace defective parts immediately to prevent further damage.
Nets, carry bags, backpacks and rolling gear bags are covered from manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping on parts covered under PowerNet’s Limited Warranty is covered within 90 days of the original purchase date. If the buyer is outside of the 90 day period, a small shipping fee will apply when sending replacement parts under the warranty.
SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
When submitting a warranty claim we will need your Amazon, TrainingNets or Walmart order number or a copy of your invoice from an authorized reseller as proof of purchase. Please provide pictures of the defective item, and the PO tag number (if applicable) for our team to review.
A member of our warranty team will determine if the claim is due to a manufacturing defect. Once your claim has been authorized, we will determine if a payment for shipping is required, and process the warranty claim for shipping.
If submitting your request within normal business hours in most cases you will receive a response within 1-2 hours. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for our team to complete your case.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to ship the product back to PowerNet. PowerNet will not be responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Products that are open and/or used are not eligible for a full refund. All returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if not in the original, like-new packaging. Important Notification: All items shipped to PowerNet without a return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender. All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item has a manufacturing defect. PowerNet will not accept a return that has been used and has signs of normal wear and tear. All items that do not meet the qualifications stated in our returns policy will be held at our warehouse for pick up, or a shipping fee has been paid to return the product back to the sender. The warehouse will hold the item for 45 days and if no arrangement has been made, we will dispose of the product. When a return is authorized you will receive an email with a return authorization form that is to be included with your return shipment.
