Returns, Warranties, and Refunds
We stand by our products 100%. Our policy ensures that you receive your products new and without defects. We provide a 1 year warranty that covers frames, metal and composite parts only and a 30 day warranty on the nets, bags, and other non metal and composite parts. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover normal wear and tear. You must register your product online within 15 days of purchase for your warranty to take effect. If you have a warranty claim please contact us at https://powernet.supportsync.com/ within 1 year of your purchase. We will need your invoice as proof of purchase and may require pictures of the defective item for review. Once we authorize your return an email will be sent to you with returns authorization to include with your shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the return of the product. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during return shipment.
Important: All items shipped to us without a returns authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender. Upon receiving a returns authorization, you will be responsible to ship the item back to us at your cost. The replacement parts will be shipped to you free of cost (shipping not included). All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item is a manufacturing defect. We will not honor the return should the item show normal wear and tear from use. All items not meeting the qualifications of our returns policy will be held at our warehouse for you to pick up, or we can ship the item back to you with your paid shipping cost.
Refunds or Replacement
Once we've received, inspected, and approved your return for a refund, we will refund only the cost of the item. Though we paid for your original shipping cost during the initial purchase, we will refund only the cost of the product less our shipping cost for the original order.
