Warranty Information

PowerNet Warranty

PowerNet offers a 1 year limited warranty on new, unused PowerNet products purchased through authorized dealers within the USA.

PowerNet’s 1 year limited warranty coverage is as follows:

The frame, poles, metal and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only and does not offer coverage for damages as a result of normal wear and tear, lack of proper storage and maintenance, damage caused by the sun, wind, or rain. Lost parts or components are also not covered.

PowerNet products are designed to be portable and taken down after each use. Any signs of our products being left outside for extended periods of time will not be covered under this limited warranty. Please be advised that PowerNet products are designed for independent recreational use only. Commercial and extended use of our products voids the warranty.  In these situations, a replacement part will be offered for purchase with a small shipping fee. Please replace defective parts immediately to prevent further damage.

Nets, carry bags, accessories, backpacks and rolling gear bags are covered from manufacturer defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping on parts covered under PowerNet’s Limited Warranty is covered within 90 days of the original purchase date. If the buyer is outside of the 90 day period, a small shipping fee will apply when sending replacement parts under the warranty.

Submit a Warranty Claim

When submitting a warranty claim we will need your Amazon, TrainingNets or Walmart order number or a copy of your invoice from an authorized reseller as proof of purchase.  Please provide pictures of the defective item, and the PO tag number (if applicable) for our team to review.

Once your claim has been authorized, we will determine if a payment for shipping is required, and process the warranty claim for shipping.

If submitting your request within normal business hours in most cases you will receive a response within 1-2 hours. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for our team to complete your case.

You will need to enter:

  1. Customer's first and last name, shipping address for the warranty, the best contact phone number and email address.
  2. Order Number or a copy of your receipt.
  3. PO tag number (Varies per product, found on ALL nets, generally found inside the sleeve of the net. Please view the diagrams below.)
  4. When attaching a photo please ensure that there is a brief comment in the description field. First enter the comment in the description field, add the file and click submit. (If the photo does not upload, please send us an email with your case number and the photo(s) for your case.

**Please enter N/A for items without a PO#. This includes, but is not limited to:**

The Launch F-Lite Pitching Machine, ALL bags (rolling bags, carry bags, backpacks, etc), weighted/training balls, and accessories (strike zone, pitching pads, bats, etc).

We know that sometimes a product might not be the right fit or your needs may change—and when that happens, we aim to make the return process quick and easy.

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or exchange, provided they are in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

To submit a return request please visit https://powernet.supportsync.com/ within 30 days of receiving the product. This date is based on the order delivery date or pick-up date.  

Once the return is authorized, the consumer will receive an email with a return authorization form to include with the shipment. A refund will be issued once your return has been received and inspected, and eligibility has been confirmed. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to arrive and be processed, though in some cases it may take longer. If additional details are needed to complete your return, our team will reach out with instructions on how to contact Customer Support.

Please be advised PowerNet is not responsible for risk of loss or damage for the returned shipment.

Important: All items shipped to PowerNet without a return authorization will not be accepted. Returns displaying normal wear and tear and/or usage will not be honored. Items violating PowerNet’s return policy will be held for 30 days at the PowerNet warehouse for pick-up. Item(s) may be shipped back to the consumer upon request, however, shipping must be paid in advance by the consumer.
