Great for training

These were used in strength training for my daughter's softball team and they worked exactly like we needed them to. Great quality and value.If you are wanting to improve power throws and hits, then these are for you. Highly recommend.

My boys love them

With a small backyard, my sons can't always play now that they've gotten so much bigger and stronger. I like my windows and neighbors too much to allow them to continue playing. These weighted balls though, provide good variety of size and weight, and none are heavy enough to get into a neighbor's yard, or window.These are great for backyard preacticing, and improving swings.

Good Value, Like the Two Sizes / Weights

Weighted training balls can be good for your hitting, as well as arm strength. For hitting, the heavy dead weight of the ball really teaches to hit through the contact point. When I have tried these on our younger players, many just stop and contact and the ball goes almost no where. As they learn to keep their swing moving through contact and complete their swing, the ball begins to get some distance. These are wonderful for small space training, as the balls do not go far.You can also use the balls for arm strength by doing long toss or playing catch with them. The last spring training game I caught this year was the Cubs vs D-Backs and I noted that the Cubs pitchers were doing warm ups in the bull pen with these.Can't go wrong with these. Will update as we get more use.
